Ask Anna Club (askanna.club) is a free wellness education and community website. We do not sell products or take payments.

Information you give us: your name and email when you request the free guide or subscribe to the newsletter; your name, email, subject, and message when you use the contact form; and your name, email, and phone number if you create a member account.

Content you share: posts, messages, and tracker entries you add inside the member area.

Basic technical information: like most websites, our hosting provider may record your browser type, device, pages visited, and approximate location to keep the site secure and working.

To send the guide, newsletter, and replies you asked for; to run your member account and community features; to keep the site safe and fix problems; and to improve our content.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Only with service providers who help us run the site (such as hosting, database, and email delivery), and only as needed for them to do that work. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of our members.

When you click a link to Budget Biohack or another outside website, that site's own privacy policy applies.

We use essential cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies.

We keep your information while your account is active or while you remain subscribed, and for a reasonable time afterward for record-keeping. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Ask Anna Club is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be announced on the site or by email.
